Celebrating its fourth year this month, Rabbit Hole is a Thonglor hidden bar that is all class. As the front has no signage, look for a wooden door and wall to the left of Ramen Ajisai on Thonglor road, or give them a phone call if you’re in need of a clue. With three storeys, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your drink.

Find the Photo Booth
One of the newest and hardest to find bars on our list is Find the Photo Booth (or #FindThePhotoBooth). For those who are up for the challenge, head to Score Bar on Sukhumvit Soi 11, and look for a rather well-lit photo booth. Step inside, snap three photos and you’ll be on your way to some delicious cocktails. The drinks come in pairs, a classic version and one with a Thai twist, but whatever you choose, don’t forget your photo souvenir.

Havana Social
Having been in the city’s bar scene for few years now, Havana Social still boasts one of coolest entrances in Bangkok. You’ll need to find a rather decrepit phone booth in a small alley near Fraser Suites Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11, then dial in the secret code to get in. This fabulous spot is modeled after a pre-revolutionary 1940’s Cuban Cocktail bar, and plays live music every Friday and Saturday. So what’s the code you ask? Call (+66) 087 066 7711 for the password.

J. Borowski
Headed by celebrity mixologist Joseph Borowski, his eponymous bar J.Borowski focuses squarely on cocktails. You don’t get a menu, but describe the drink you want and the bartender will whip up a bespoke surprise. The price? Also a surprise. You’ll just have to trust your bartender. We recommend contacting them for directions, or try making it down on your own by looking for an unmarked glass front shophouse in a soi between Thonglor 5 and 7.
