Daisuke Akiyama’s bubble wrap is probably not the kind you would think of mindlessly popping. Akiyama of HAFT DESIGN created the innovative new product—goldfish bubble wrap—after being inspired by watching goldfish swim around in a bowl. The bubble wrap features prints of small goldfish in each bubble, swimming in various directions, each bubble a bowl on its own. “We usually have an inclination to pop bubble wrap,” says Akiyama. “But by printing goldfish I’ve made it psychologically more difficult to pop.” (via Spoon and Tamago)
