Actor Mathew Perry, best known for his role as Chandler in “Friends,” has listed his modern Malibu retreat overlooking the ocean for $12.5 million.

The 42-year-old star previously listed the property for about five months from 2011 to 2012, but while waiting for a buyer, Perry converted his pad into a sober living center.
Known as the “Pier House,” the architecturally gorgeous estate sits on 2.5 acres in the celebrity-studded neighborhood of Serra Retreat.
The home overlooks the Pacific Ocean through sliding glass panels that open up to a pool deck and outdoor entertaining area. The home has two fireplaces, smart-home automation features and a media room.
